• When selling your home with me I will provide a professional to take attractive pictures of your home inside and outside.

• I will provide OPEN HOUSES when it fits your schedule. I will provide FACT Sheets for consumers of interest. I will advertise your home on many social media sites, flyers to potential buyers, newspapers, and businesses. 

• I will get you top dollar as driven by the markets for your home.

• Ask about my rebate plans that can offer up to 10% off my commissions.

When I work with you to buy a home:

• If purchasing a home, as a license loan officer, with your input I will evaluate how much of a home you can afford and provide you a PRE-APPROVAL when looking at homes to ensure you get top priority.

• We will determine all your preferences in searching for your new home.

• I will provide you all listings that meet your preferences and all new listings when they arrive to market. 

• I will attend with you all listings you want to tour. 

• I will negotiate to get you in your new home at an affordable price for you.
